A business minded purchase the first unit sold in our Meli Meadows Development Block D a two bedroom apartment for rental income on capital invested. Although not residence they have made many friends during two weekly stays and successfully let the apartment from contacts back in the UK and now here in Cyprus.

Now friends of their immediate neighbours Dan and Janette they are extremely happy with the quality of care in the Block D community amongst the owners.

For Lynne and Pete after sales has been very important in the presentation of their apartment when renting as all the facilities due for completion next year are not all in place.

Dan and Janette visited Cyprus in March 07.

They agreed to purchase a two bedroom apartment at our Meli Meadows Development Block D.

They took delivery in August that year and have wasted no time in becoming involved in various activities. They are resident full time in Cyprus and have made friends very easily.

They have joined a Bowls team as much a surprise to Dan who as quoted stated “he was here just to retire and spend the children's inheritance” and both he and Janette play three times a week.

Janette also joined the local keep fit club and has settled into life in Cyprus very well. Both Dan and Janette are from Scotland and moving here was a bold step.

They are very proud of their apartment and look forward to the completion of the whole development which will provide gardens, pools and gymnasium.
